Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under these conditions:

 

Eligible for return (within 14 days of delivery):

 

· Wrong item sent

· Defective product (e.g., cracked candle vessel, diffuser not working upon arrival)

 

Not eligible for return:

 

· Used, burned, or tested candles/diffusers

· Change of mind

· Sensitivity to fragrance (we list scent notes – please check before buying)

 

How to return:

Contact us at [email] with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns will receive a replacement or refund (excluding original shipping costs).

 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds go to your original payment method. If a diffuser stops working within 30 days due to manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement.
